This reminds me of some advice I heard recently walking down a city street. It was simply-profound, almost stopped me cold actually:
"Don't worry about it...just go ahead and do it."
I think it takes the two famous phrases ie don't worry and 'just do it' and achieves a remarkable synthesis. It's great advice from a dialectic perspective. If you worry about it, chances are you won't do it. And we probably are only capable of doing things when we suspend worry in the first place. One of those little miracles of phrase.
