Boris,
I think we are a long way from shared meaning of the terms you are using. I think it is excellent that you are developing your storyboards to go with those terms. There are big players in the market that are controlling mindshare with marketing dollars to convince executives there is a big technology play here. We cannot change that hype but can do our part to develop meaningful concepts with people we touch.

All of these concepts you are touching and looking for intersections in the concepts deal mostly around the concpt of thinking human energy, not the energy stored in computers. How do individuals and corporation continue to learn? How do managers promote the creation and sharing of knowledge? What type of communities impact outcomes of both concepts. What can you store and what's in the brain? What's tacit and what's explicit? Self organized or teams?

Label them what you want but know what question you or someone is trying to answer. Know the context of the situation in which you are applying them. Develop shared meaning about the terms with the community you are applying them. Understand the amount of tension you are developing between vision and reality for the culture you are involved with.

My answer to your question is not going to ever allow me to write a textbook, but I do help clients develop meaningful conversations on these concepts so they can interpret the "hype stream" of the vendors.
Tom
