Don,
I am beginning to wonder if these terms are oxymorons or "early adoption terms" expressed by a market looking to be refined and better defined. These are the terms authors and "big six" firms are using to develop markets. These market makers are going to use these terms even if incorrect as long as it yields contract work. I have quit arguing about the use of terms but ask: how do you use these terms as an entry point in which to develop shared meaning about your focus within these topics.
