I,m in the process of completing my MBA study,
and are doing some research work on system thinking and the best approach towards utilizing
organizatioanl knowledge ,i.e.to respond to market and customer demand as demanded .I think the first thing is to sit back and design a mechanism whcih eventually led to smashing the box by replacing the box without disturbing the
out dated box .I'm sure with integrated ICT application in place
