Hi,
I'm an honours student completing course work in knowledge management. I have been asked to write a review on a knowledge management tool (eg, Clarometis, Grove Workspace, Lotus Knowledge Discovery Server etc).
The first thing i need to do before i assess the tool is to come up with a well grounded set of assessment criterias. Wondering if anyone can help me out here.
Thanks,
Regards,
Kelvin
