Hi Julie,
Very good point, I'm also considering this opportunity and I see it as a possibility to evade blocking elements like culture, structure, etc..
But articles like "Punished by rewards: Why incentives programs cannot work" (http://www.dpa.ca.gov/stcosci/osci/express/18b.htm) and some other articles which I went through tell me it is not that simple.
If you also have some ideas on this, please let me know
