Hi Miles

Ahh! I love what you are saying about seamless, value-chain integration. I suspect you have gotten behind my convergence question, insofar as my thinking goes egarding managing convergence, or seamlessness, or adaptivity of any nature. My thinking pertains to integration management as an essential management tool.

I need to have a quick read about RBV, assuming it means reource-based value, or something similar. I am not familiar with the term as you have put it.

As for the KM value chain being integrated with other value chains? My gut response would be: It's about time, seeing as it probably has been inherent in value chains all along.

Would be fun to do some integration-management work on value chains.

I hope to progress this conversation.

Best regards,

Rob
