Does this 'convergence' correspond to industries and markets. What industries have you recently been studying?
In the UK IT will br interesting how food retailers will adopt hypermarkets similar to those in Europe and the US.
we are just starting to see over recent years retailers such as Tesco dedicate more space to non-food.
