Hi Yogesh,
I think the most important kind of control can be illustrated by the following story:
Ghandi was once asked by a Mother is he would tell her son to stop eating sugar. He replied to the woman, "OK, come back in three days." The woman and he r son returned in three days, at which time he said, "You should stop eating sugar." The mother asked, naturally, why this had taken three days, to which he replied, "Because I had to give up eating sugar first."
Therefore, self-control - in my opinion - is the root or basis of all other forms of control.
