Can anyone share examples of holding employees accountable for knowledge sharing by placing this category somewhere in the performance evaluation?
I have only found one instance where knowledge sharing was part of the Teamwork category. How are other organizations measuring and providing incentives for knowledge sharing, vs. knowledge hoarding for power?
I would appreciate all feedback!
