My only problem with your concept is that to me the word "Product" represents something static and I view knowledge as dynamic and a process. Where I do think we are on the same page is when you use product you are representing knowledge to be a higher order than learning i.e. learning is a subassembly of knowledge. Therefore I can visualize learning as a subprocess of the knowledge process.ie I am in a Customer Knowledge Process but call into play some learning about relationship building or one to one marketing either of which would also be a process. I think our differences in chosing words is mostly around the dynamic versus static thing.
