Hello,
you state the Knowledge transforms tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge and vice versa, but I can't understand why someone would want to transform explicit knowledge into tacit knowledge. Or do you mean that you can use explicit knowledge to create new tacit knowledge instead of transforming it?
