Tacit Knowledge CAN be managed, but it can't be managed with someone who takes the above position that something is beyond defining and thus beyond knowing and therefore beyond managing. That applies to any person who demands absolute and perfect phrasing before acquiescing to a shift in understanding. How could you manage tacit knowledge amoungst individuals who demand extremely literal explicit information before consenting to raising their understanding one bird seed higher.
