If tacit knowledge doesn't exist, then knowledge doesn't exist. If knowledge doesn't exist, then our ability to add 2 + 2 doesn't exist. Yet, we can add 2 and 2. So tacit knowledge exists, just like tacit behaviour, tacit thought, tacit anything. Just like explicit behaviour, explicit desires, explicit communication, and so on.
What you're trying to argue, laurie, is that knowledge doesn't exist. Not tacit knowledge. And since the majority of people on this forum appear to believe that knowledge exists, you're not exactly preaching to the choir.
