There have discussions that knowledge is regarded as an important asset for all institutions, and thus, it needs to be managed. I want to know if knowledge can be managed? And here i'm referring specifically to "tacit" knowledge. Some people see knowledge as personal, individual and inaccessible. So how can you manage what is inside someone's head? Is it the "process" of creating, capturing, acquiring, sharing and utilisation of knowledge that can be managed? If so, then it means that knowledge "can not" be managed, but only the "processes".
How do others see it?
