I think you are way off base. Tacit knowledge exists, scientifically proven by Piaget's, and others´ studies (Polanyi didn´t pull it out of a hat- just the term) Our brain has a defined neural circuitry that is the result of our learning experiences. In effect Tacit knowledge is the cummulative experiences a person has, and how these are processed. This in turn gives a unique perspective to how knowledge is processed by each individual. That is why tacit knowledge is so individual. Explicit knowledge shall always be rationalized, internalized, and reside in the individual according to his entire physical, emotional, and logical mental paradigm.

Basically you just said the entire field of cognitive psychology does not exist.
