Not claiming anything, I was asking the question whether it was, which is why I put a questionmark after Tacit.

Good question. Don't know the answer. What's the phase between the first inkling of a new idea and the formulation of a full theory. Is'nt that the same thing? Creativity? Validation?

Is there a difference between 'New Knowledge' and 'New Idea'?
