"My suggestion was that new knowledge ('Tacit'?) is 'developed' FROM Explicit knowledge.
i.e Explicit knowledge is processed by a person (or group of people) in relation to their area of
experience and expertise. New knowledge then 'emerges' or is 'developed'."When something is "developed" the process is
(must be) explicit. "Emergence" and on the
other hand "developed" are totally different
concepts, to me anyway.I think your way of using concepts doesn't
clarify the matters concerning KM.LG
