I WONDER HOW YOU DEFINE "TACIT KNOWLEDGE"?

"While Polanyi speaks of tacit knowledge as a backdrop against which all actions are understood, Nonaka uses the term to denote particular knowledge that is difficult to express. There had perhaps been less of confusion had Nonaka used the term implicit knowledge instead of tacit knowledge."
