Hi,
I noticed this posting and thought you might be interested in a chapter from a book called "Knowledge Networks: Innovation through Communities of Practice"

The chapter is called:

"Investigating the influence that media richness has on learning in a Community Of Practice: a case study at Øresund Bridge"

Unfortunately the book is not published yet. However, there is an "unofficial" web site that has a table of contents with links to abstracts, biographies and a full version of the introductory chapter.

If you are interested, the easiest way to find it is through the table of contents.
