The most important aspect for any organisation is INNOVATION and I personaaly feel structure kills the INNOVATION....here more then structure you need chaos.....FIRST STEP FOR LEARNING...and yes we should have culture of questioning rather then accepting...It makes organisation alive..and as far as knowledge management is concerned I don't think we can structure knowledge because its a inherent tendency of the human to grasp the thing by observation and really excersiing with intution...
so if we should have culture of the INNOVATION woven with right kind of collaboration technology it really can makes difference....
would like to explore more with you...
