Dear Sebastián Miralles Acuña,
I believe that KM is not at all IT. And I to the best of knowledge have not equated it to IT. If you happen to go through my messages posted on the KM think tank elsewhere you will definitely realize that I have never advocated or tried to decipher an IT related meaning to KM.

As long as the attitude is concerned I felt that you replied (read got back) in an over assertive manner, which could have been toned down. Personally I have nothing against you and would love to have a more interactive interaction on KM. However, if you still feel that I have offended or hurt you in any which way, my sincere apologies.

Malik M.
