I agree with IT as a means to facilitate a more effective way of communication and knowledge sharing; but can anyone be more specific in terms of how this can be achieved?
and does anyone think organisation structure and the way it is designed (more hierarchical-based or more organic) will directly affect the effectiveness of KM within an organisation?
