Really even I feel Technology is justy a means not an end and even I feel our technology should be driven by Objective and not Vice versa. I really impressed with your equation of KM as synergy of HR, IT and Business process.
To make things more contextual i am putting brief about me here,
I am an Management Graduate with engineering background and rightnow working in metalayer, a swiss based company which has a product on Collaboration domain. My profile is mainly consist of Account management and Product Development.
Now my query is how to capture the processes of the organaisation for enabling KM and what could be beat means for enable them.
It would be really insightful to reading you.
