After reading materials from your website i was thrilled! seeing that i am undertaking a MSC thesis research in the same field of knowledge management, i would kindly ask for your assistance and advice. I want to find a framework that i could use to categorise manufacturing industry software that will be further applied on a case study using for instance the automotive industry or any other suitable industry. i am interested in how to acquire knowledge say about the different softwares and more so how to disseminate this knowledge to become practical in categorising the software.
I am at the stage of brainstorming and proposal writing so your assistance will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.
James.
