Hi all,
Here I have been putting some thoughts about how the contextualised communication becomes the primary part of the KM.
The most important aspect of the KM is to make knowledge available for all the people in the organisation. The major problem in this is every person has his own way or perception and meaning making process, which really sometimes makes much difference as all of our past experience and prejudices comes in between and we all generates different meaning out of the same subject.
The one way of overcoming this to make the information in contextualised manner where all the related information and knowledge comes as interweaved threads and gives the context about the subject.
We can take SMALL STORY as metaphor where all the incidents comes as interweaved part and at the end moral of the story remains common for all of us. So can we apply same concept in corporate communication where every information should become available to all the pertaining people in a same form (TRANPERENCY) and comes in context with all the related happenings.
Does this solve our purpose?
I really invite suggestion and views of all membersThanks
