It is stated that "E-learning is just a KM enabler, a tool that helps implementing KM planns"
Is it not the other way round? That KM enables e-Learning. That is , management of knowledge as we know it, traditionally, in libraries, schools and universitues and now through IT is a process that facilitates learning. It would seem that "From KM to e-Learning" is maybe more understandiable that "Form e-Learning to KM"
WHAT IS YOUR COMMENT?
