Hello..
I will be very pleased if someone can help me..
I am actually doing a bachelor degree by distance learning and i have some problems on a strategic management module..According to Alfred Chandler, there is a relationship between strategy & structure.. He also depicted this relationship thru a model, which comprises of 5 phases..
(1) New strategy is formulated, (2) new administrative problems emerge, (3) org. performance declines, (4) new structure is established, (5) org performance improves...I need to know:
(a) what each component comprises?
(b) what are their importance in the model?
(c) what are the relationships that exists between these 5 phases? Please send me information on this topic if you can..
I'll really appreciate..
Thanks..
