Hi all,

I`m preparing my final thesis and I am looking for you’re opinion on my thoughts about this topic. The research takes place within a contracting- organization that employs about 1500 people. The main topic will be to explore the possibilities for implementing a Knowledgemanagement system. As you know this will be a rather broad topic so I tried to narrow it as follow:

The organization uses several Business Excellence models and Quality control models.
For example: the European Foundation of Quality Management (www.efqm.org) And the ISO-9000:2000 certificate.

So far I wrote my main research question as follow:

How should Knowledge management be integrated in the implementation of Business Excellence Models like the EFQM-model.

What do you think about the relevance of this topic? (Especially from an academic point of view)
What are the main boundary conditions and what can be expected as a result?
How should I conduct the research?
Can you recommend my some auteur or links on thos topic?

Thanx!
