It wouldn't be dangerous if it were actually knowledge of course, but usually "a little knowledge" is actually a little information, out of context.
Nothing wrong with a little knowledge. But, I think Dilbert fans would agree, the best way to prevent a good solution is to impliment a travesty of a solution, which is what people with "a little knowledge" do all the time.
