Thank y'all for the replies to my earlier posting. Let's say I have a knowledgeworker type system running to capture the electronic information. How do I sit down in an office with a exiting employee and figure out which computer files are important and need to be captured? How do I go through the book shelves and filing cabinets with the employee and figure out what is worth keeping and organizing? Is there a method that addresses how to do the one-on-one grunt work that has to be done? Also, assume there is no new employee to recieve the knowledge, that must come later.
Thank you very much, Martha
