Hi!
I see KM as a "Full blown" discipline spanning over everything a company does. It is a CORPORATE LIFESTYLE!
Most importantly it is NOT an IT driven process, IT merely is a support tool for true KM.
The real assett of every KM exercise is Human Capital - and that's where the holistic approach begins.
1) Get the culture right
2) Assess, assess and re-assess
3) Reality checks
4) Buy-in from top-down
5) KM audits
.... and the list is looooooooooooooooong!:)Carpe diem!
