Your product sounds very interesting. I must say that what I do sounds very different, in that it embraces many disciplines, and not computers at all, to help draw pictures of knowledge, in a very simple notation. Blocks and arrows really, nothing more. Layman's pictures.
It typically provides 5 direct outputs/benefits per single diagram, which takes about 1 hour to complete.
I have worked with computerised visualisers, but alas, they end up being capturing tools. Blackboarding did offer some potential, but it never really took off, and it has no direct support from logic and rationale..no method to it at all to encourage knowledge to take shape. No form to function then?
Abstract Systems thinking requires logic and rationale, else the mind becomes confused.
