Prac, sounds like an interesting system - please let us know when you commercialise it as I would like to compare notes.

"KnowledgeWorker", that I outlined in my earlier post as a possible solution to Martha's situation, is a principles-based knowledge management system that requires training only in how to insert hyper-text links in a Word document. Hence if you use Microsoft Office it could be applicible - and should work in other program suites with similar capabilities.
