My lab is relocating in a year and most employees will quit instead of moving. I think I need a two pronged approach but can't find any practical steps for either:
1--prioritize the employees and begin capturing knowledge from the top of the list over the next year.
2--have emergency steps to capture the knowledge of someone who finds another job with two weeks notice.
People are already applying for other jobs so I need practical steps to take now to limit the damage. Thank you so much.
