Is it fair to pay less to employees located in some location like Bangalore(India) compared to employees of the same firm located at Boston(USA).Some of the firms have different compensation policies, different stock option plans etc. Although the entire reason for locating at Bangalore is given as cost savings, but how can conflicts arising out of this policy can be mitigated
