The Senge solutions to the reduced collective IQ were, as I recall, dialogue, systems thinking etc. Don't have the book in front of me.
Neat and expensive technology, but not sold on granting software the authority to "interpret" my communications. For instance, were this message to go through "adopting to the personallity" software, it might read like this.
"Great software, let's invest!"
