Maybe we need to limit the concept of KM. I mean the activities carried in an enterprise. The object of KM in enterprise, won't be creating new knowledge( It should be the task of R&D dept), but be to share knowledge and experiences that had exsited as wide as more.

How to share? we should not only pay attention how to collect knowledge(include recogantion and store), but also the process of deliverying the knowledge. We have too many exsiting knowledge. I don't object to create new knowledge. But we shouldn't ingore the procedure of learning and deliverying old knowledge to more people. For example,do you know how many users' manuals are there in your company? Who can and dare to say that he had mastered all the contents of the manuals. How much percent of questions proposed by customer can be solved by manuals? I think it should be a high rate. That's why I think delivery should be paid more attention.
