I dont see any of this in RIMSAT. its not about adaption to changing environment -- but about (clerver, intelligent) survival and management of incidents.Further: "Essentially, it embodies organizational processes that seek synergistic combination of data and information-processing capacity of information technologies, and the creative and innovative capacity of human beings."
This might be true in RIMSAT -- as far as I understand the project. but they do it just to do the firemen's job better & more safely, more efficient ... that's essentially not a response to a changing environment.(PS. Lauri -- good to have you back in discussion)
