You have to identify and/or ascertain the possibility of the following in your industry under consideration:
1. Threat of new entrants;
2. Threat of substitute products;
3. Bargaining power of suppliers; and
4. Bargaining power of customers.Then analyse the factors affecting the competition within the industry base upon the above.
