Hi Luis
It is now widely recognised that knowledge management is a key success factor in the era of knowledge and information. I think that you should read all articles edited by the knowledge management journal. they will give you good insights about the ways KM is thought, implemented and effectively managed in today's organisation.
According to me (I'm a doctorate student in Tunis business school, Tunisia and i'm working on the relationship between KM, human capital and HR management), the relationship between KM and Human resource management is a very important topic. also, you can analyse the relationship between KM and TRUST, or culture. These are excellent research topics that are not still well presented by the KM reserchers communauty. If any idea or references neede, please e-mail.
Regards
Nizar Mansour
Doctorate student at Tunis Business School
