Once again, Denham comes through with a very good overview list of key suggestions.
I agree with all of them. Though actual execution will not be as simple as understanding the overview. It will be challenging and won't magically succeed overnight, so be prepared. Also, the same recipe, or balance of these approaches, doesn't work for all communities so use them as a flexible framework to start from and tailor the approach for each audience.
I also applaud Denham's consistent backing of his opinions with excellent referential links. Thanks Denham.
