What about the maintainance of the knowledge already delivered? Re-using them, keeping them up to date or discharge them if already obsolete? Looks like the two 'aspects' have a dead-end, once you deliver, there you go, end of mission. But what do you then with the object? Isn't the idea of KM is to create new knowledge over the existing one? Moreover, there should be another phase/aspect before collecting, namely 'recognition'. There you specify your needs and identify what kinds of knowledge do you need and where to get them.
Just my two cents' worth...
