The knowledge of the posting is expressed by the words I'm typing (info) and the words are based on the alphabet (data).
So info and data are always linked."

Haven't you noticed that when you send your
message there is someone who possible receives
you message? And that someone always interpretes
your message according to his/her context? So
there is information(send) and information(received).

Then. When knowledge transfer happens?
When the context of the both parties are close
enough.
