Hi Dmitry,
When you start to break the formula down, knowledge becomes tacit and information + data becomes explicit. The point being, we are exchanging knowledge through the medium of information + data (I explain how in the other postings in this thread), so explicit knowledge is knowledge that can be shared, whereas tacit knowledge remains within the individual.

Know how, in relation to the formula simply refers to fact we know how to exchange knowledge through the medium of information + data.
