I like your approach very much.
For me know-how includes a mental process model allowing to successfully reach the desired destination.
Did you mean only explicit knowledge in your formula?
How do you differentiate between know-how and know-that (in other words - tacit knowledge is more close to know-that but not the same, whereas explicit knowledge is more close to know-how but not the same)?
