Good Day Rob,
You raise a good question...what does the combination of information and knowledge ..ie. "raw material" and "machine" produce ?one thing that it does produce is "Action"...
as to whether it produces newer information? ... I should say,.. Yes, but not to the person who has processed the earlier bit of information...continuing on the analogy we began with, what one "machine produces" can be "Work in progress", which is "raw material" for another person...ie. information for some other person...
Can there be some way of it becoming newer information to the same person?... Please Help !!
Thank You,
Ramesh
