I think an even greater problem when it comes to knowledgesharing with temp workers is that the workers typically feel disenfrachised from the organisation. No matter how many T-shirts saying "team" you give them, at the end of the day, the vast majority of employees do not feel like they're part of the company, and thus do not feel like they have anything to gain from helping the organisation.
