Thanks Ptac,
I agree that that Km has nothing to do with the nature of employee contracts. But al the models designed to implement KM are based on vast/stable organisational structures and are not based on structures where persons involved appear for short periods. For example: at McDonalds a student can have a job for 1 day a week for only three months. The challenge I'm looking for is to get those people to share there experiences and contribute to work quality.
