Hi Robbert
I don't know if the assumption that KM is usually in context of full-time employees.
KM, as I know it, has nothing to do with the nature of the employee contracts, but it does focus on the knowledge needs of the organisation.
I would suggest a top-down/bottom up approach as more beneficial for very good reasons. Where will one find the organisational synergy?
